This is not the live expert

Each expert on Granova is a retrieval system built from that expert's documented content — recorded consulting sessions, client diagnostics, frameworks, and written work. When you ask it something, it searches that knowledge base and answers using what's actually there, with sources. It is not a live conversation with the expert, and it is not authorized to speak for them beyond what's indexed.

When it doesn't know something

If the knowledge base doesn't cover a question well enough, it says so instead of guessing. You can use submit_question to add the topic to the creator's gap queue — there is no guaranteed response time and no promise of a personal reply. When the creator does add an answer, it becomes part of the knowledge base for everyone. That's a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we're hiding — it's the trust model.

Report impersonation or misuse

If you believe an expert page on Granova misrepresents its relationship to the person it's built from, infringes copyrighted material, or violates someone's likeness rights, email anthony@levered.marketing with details, including the specific page and content in question. We review reports promptly and will suspend access pending review where warranted. This is also our DMCA takedown contact.
