How do I connect?
Click Claude, Cursor, or Codex on the connect page — each button triggers that app's own connect flow directly. Claude opens a prefilled connector page (covers web, Desktop, Cowork, and mobile), Cursor's one-click install runs its own sign-in, and Codex gets a copy-ready terminal command. No key to paste, no separate Granova account.
Which AI tools work today?
Claude, Cursor, and Codex all connect with a real one-click action — no bearer key required. Claude's connector is account-based, so the same connection covers web, Desktop, Cowork, and the mobile apps at once, and it's the only client where one connection also covers every expert on Granova. ChatGPT's custom connectors are unverified and high-friction today — use one of the others meanwhile.
How do I find an expert?
Browse /experts and search by name or topic, or — once you're connected — ask your AI "what experts are on Granova?" (the list_available_experts tool) and it'll return the live roster with a one-line pitch for each.
How does the free trial work?
No card required, and no separate signup step — the first time you connect with a new email, you automatically get a real trial with 10 free credits as part of signing in. You can also ask your AI to start_trial for a specific expert once you're connected.
Why not just use ChatGPT or a generic model?
Generic models average the internet. Granova retrieves an expert's actual documented work — real diagnostics, frameworks, client history — and tells you honestly when something isn't covered, instead of guessing.
Is it really talking to the expert?
No — it's built from their documented work, not a live conversation. When it can't answer well, you can flag the gap for the expert to fill; there's no guaranteed response time.
What if it can't answer my question?
It says so instead of guessing, and offers to log the gap. Strong answers the expert adds later join their knowledge base for the next person who asks.
How does billing work?
Each expert sets their own monthly price, which includes a credit bundle; every question costs a small number of credits. Buy more credit packs any time you run out. Billing is per-expert, not platform-wide.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every subscription is a standard monthly plan with a self-serve billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; charges already billed aren't refunded.
What happens to the questions I ask?
They're logged anonymously against the expert's knowledge base to find gaps — that's how it improves over time. They're never sold.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can't start a new question without credits — finish or abandon the in-flight one first. Buy an extra credit pack from the billing portal (priced per credit on each expert's page) or wait for your monthly bundle to reset.
Does cancellation prorate?
No. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months or unused credits on cancellation.
