Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your email and billing details when you subscribe. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Queries — the questions you ask through an expert's knowledge layer, which AI client you're using, credit usage, and basic metadata (timestamps, response confidence, whether an answer was found).

How queries are used

Every query is logged. The expert reviews query patterns — anonymized, with identifying details stripped — to find gaps in their knowledge base and answer them. This is by design: it's how Granova improves over time, and we disclose it here so you know before you ask. We do not sell your queries, and we don't share them with advertisers.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run Granova — payment processing, database hosting, model inference, and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. We don't hand your data to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep account and query data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for billing records and abuse prevention. Request deletion in-product at granova.ai/help or granova.ai/account, or email support@granova.ai — we confirm and complete it within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use Granova (page views and product events like checkout and connect). Analytics is first-party where possible. We don't sell personal data. Ad pixels (for example Meta), if enabled later, are managed separately via Google Tag Manager.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Granova evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
