Billing & credits

Granova bills in credits. Every account gets 175 free credits a month, no card. Each ask spends credits based on how much of the expert's knowledge is served. Uncovered asks are free.

Plans and packs

Plans reset monthly and are the best ongoing rate — see /pricing. One-time credit packs live on /account. Cancel anytime through the billing portal.

When you're charged

Credits deduct only when an answer is returned. If the expert hasn't covered your topic, the answer comes back as insufficient_context and your credits are not spent. Paid paths refund the debit. Free credits aren't spent on abstentions.

Running out mid-month

You can't start a new question without credits. Finish or abandon the in-flight one first. Then buy a pack from /account, or wait for your monthly bundle to reset.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from /account → Manage billing. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. All charges are final once billed. We do not offer refunds on subscription fees or credit-pack purchases. We don't refund partial months or unused credits on cancellation.
