Account management

Your account is one email. Sign in with Google or a magic link — no password. Everything you can manage lives on /account.

Sign in

Go to /login. Continue with Google, or enter your email for a sign-in link. Click the link on the same device. It expires in 15 minutes and works once. That website magic link is only for granova.ai — it is not the 6-digit login code some AI clients show in their connector window.

Manage billing

Open /account → Manage billing to reach the Stripe customer portal. From there you can cancel, update your card, view invoices, and buy credit packs.

Reconnect your AI client

Live MCP connect is OAuth via /connect. Claude and similar connectors may ask for a 6-digit login code in the client window; Cursor signs in on granova.ai (Google preferred, or a website magic link), then Approve. No key to paste, and /account never stores or re-displays one. If a connection drops or you switch machines, run connect again. Credits and history stay on your email.

Advanced: Bearer key

Manual configs only. When a key is issued after checkout, it is shown once on /setup. We do not email it and we cannot show it again on /account. Need a rotate for the advanced path? Email support@granova.ai from the address on your account.
