Privacy and your data

Your account is one email. We store your email, your API key, your credit balance, and an anonymous log of the questions you ask. The full text is on the privacy page.

What the question log is for

Questions are logged anonymously against the expert's knowledge base to find gaps. That's how the expert improves over time. The log is never sold, never tied to your name in exports, and never used to train a generic model.

What the expert sees

The expert sees the questions, not who asked them. They see gaps in their own knowledge, not your identity. If you submit a question with submit_question, the expert can choose to answer it later. There is no SLA and no guarantee of a response.

Deletion

Use the deletion form on /help or /account. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion removes your account, your query history, and your API key. It does not remove the expert's knowledge layer.
